1. Agreement and Operator
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Velvet Room and related services, features, websites, applications, and platform surfaces that reference these Terms (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by GGIRL Technologies LLC, a New Hampshire single-member limited liability company ("Velvet Room," "we," "us," or "our"). GGIRL Technologies LLC is organized in New Hampshire, United States. Our legal notice address is [LEGAL NOTICE ADDRESS], and our legal contact is [LEGAL EMAIL].
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms that apply to a feature you choose to use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility - 18+ Only
You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain an account or use Velvet Room. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You may not use the Service on behalf of, for the benefit of, or to facilitate access by a person under 18 where that would bypass this eligibility rule. If we reasonably determine that an account is controlled by or being used for a person under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access consistent with applicable law and our enforcement procedures.
3. Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate information required to create and maintain your account and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep credentials and authentication methods secure and do not sell, rent, transfer, or share account access in a manner that defeats platform controls.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law, except where caused by our breach or another circumstance for which the law places responsibility on us.

4. Persona Profiles and Contextual Identity
A Velvet Room account may support separately contextual Social, Friends, and Work persona profiles. These personas are part of one underlying account but may have different audiences, content, profile information, access settings, and external links.
Velvet Room is designed to limit unintended cross-context disclosure between personas. We do not promise that personas can never be associated through information you publish, shared identifiers, outside information, user behavior, legal process, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond a contextual privacy control.
You are responsible for information you choose to publish or explicitly share from each persona. Sharing or granting access to one persona does not by itself grant access to another persona.
5. Profile Preview, Channel, Feed, and Visibility
Profile Preview is an interaction gateway through which another user may evaluate available profile information and use permitted interaction or access actions. A Channel is the user's actual page/personal platform within Velvet Room. Feed and related distribution surfaces may display content according to current visibility, audience, distribution, and product rules.
Visibility and access controls affect what the Service attempts to show or authorize. Velvet Room prohibits users from taking screenshots and treats screen recording or other capture methods used to evade that rule as equivalent circumvention. Even so, no technical control can guarantee that every recipient, device, operating system, browser, external camera, or capture method will be prevented, so use privacy and access settings with that limitation in mind.
6. User Content and Your Rights
"User Content" means content you submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including posts, text, images, video, audio, comments, profile information, AMA content, links, and related metadata.
As between you and Velvet Room, you retain ownership of the rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to submit or share it.
6.1 License to operate the Service - PROPOSED
To operate the Service, you grant Velvet Room a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt for technical formatting, display, perform, and distribute your User Content, and to permit service providers acting for us to do the same, solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to honor the audience, access, and distribution choices associated with the content. 6.2 Content rules
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, impersonating, malicious, exploitative, non-consensual, or unlawfully invasive of another person's privacy.
- Do not submit sexual or exploitative content involving minors. Velvet Room is an 18+ platform and such material is prohibited regardless of claimed consent.
Consensual adult nudity and sexually explicit content may be permitted only in intentionally private or gated adult surfaces that are access-controlled for that purpose. Such content is prohibited on public Feed, public Profile Preview, Radar/discovery, public-facing Channel areas, avatars, covers, public thumbnails/previews, search/recommendation surfaces, or other general-discovery areas.
Do not take, attempt to take, distribute, or facilitate screenshots of Velvet Room content or interactions. Do not use screen recording, mirroring, external capture, photographing a display, or comparable methods to evade capture restrictions or preserve protected/private content. Platform-provided save, share, download, or export tools remain governed by their own authorization rules.
- Do not use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, coerce, dox, scam, defraud, distribute malware, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
- Additional behavioral and content rules are contained in the Community Guidelines once published.
7. External Links and Cross-Platform Profiles
Where enabled, you may add external websites or profiles to a specific Velvet Room persona. External links are destinations supplied by users or third parties; Velvet Room does not control an external service merely because a link appears on Velvet Room.
External profile links should be treated as persona-scoped unless you explicitly choose to reuse or publish the same destination across personas. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Communications, Connections, AMA, and Access
Velvet Room may support messages, requests, friendship/connection states, AMA interactions, notifications, Channel access, gated content, sessions, and other interaction types. These are distinct permissions and states. Being able to contact someone does not automatically make you connected to them, grant Channel access, unlock media, or grant access to a paid or private interaction.
You must respect another user's choices, access boundaries, blocks, restrictions, and requests to stop contact. Attempts to bypass access controls or repeatedly contact a person after they have declined or restricted contact may violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
9. Private Sharing and Access
A normal profile or Channel share does not grant permission beyond the current audience/access settings of the referenced resource. Private access, invitations, or share grants apply only to the exact resource and permission actually granted.
Where the Service provides expiry, revocation, or use limits, you must not attempt to defeat those controls. Possession of an access link or invitation does not authorize discovery of sibling personas or other private resources.
Private or gated access does not grant permission to screenshot, screen-record, externally capture, or redistribute the protected material. The no-screenshot rule applies regardless of whether the recipient was otherwise authorized to view the material.
10. Radar, Proximity, and Location
Certain features may use precise or approximate location, proximity, distance, or location-sharing data when you choose to enable them and grant the necessary device or in-product permission. Location functionality may be unavailable, delayed, imprecise, stale, or affected by device, network, environmental, or third-party conditions.
Do not use location or proximity features for stalking, coercion, harassment, unauthorized tracking, doxxing, or other harmful conduct. Velvet Room location features are not emergency-navigation services and should not be relied on for emergency response or guaranteed safety.
11. Sessions and Live Interactions
Where enabled, users may request, accept, schedule, reschedule, start, cancel, or complete live interactions or sessions. The available states, pricing, cancellation, reschedule, refund, and settlement rules are governed by the product flow and any supplemental paid-feature terms in effect for the transaction.
Before paid sessions are publicly enabled, the final Terms must be verified against the live state machine and ledger. No draft language in this section overrides a transaction-specific rule shown and lawfully agreed to at the time of purchase.
12. Winq, WinQ, GGIRL, Payments, and Subscriptions
Velvet Room distinguishes lightweight social signaling from value-bearing features. "Winq" refers to lightweight/free signaling where implemented. "WinQ" and "GGIRL" may be used in value-bearing features only as actually implemented and enabled.
No statement in the Service is a promise of investment return, token appreciation, earnings, audience growth, or distribution. Digital-asset or value-bearing features may be unavailable, restricted, experimental, or subject to supplemental disclosures and geographic limitations.
Payments, recurring subscriptions, creator monetization, refunds, chargebacks, fees, taxes, and settlement responsibilities are subject to the applicable checkout terms and supplemental policies. [FINAL ECONOMIC TERMS REQUIRE LIVE LEDGER/STATE VERIFICATION BEFORE PUBLICATION.]
13. Creator, Business, and Professional Use
If you use creator, business, professional, subscription, monetization, promotional, or paid-distribution features, you remain responsible for lawful offerings, accurate representations, required licenses, taxes, rights in commercial content, and compliance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
Velvet Room does not guarantee earnings, customers, views, reach, placement, distribution, or commercial results.
14. Private Vault
The Vault is an owner-private retention surface that may include Saved items, Archive/Drafts, Schedule information, and legitimate Access/unlock records. The Vault is not a guarantee of permanent storage. Content may become unavailable if the underlying content is deleted, access expires, rights change, technical issues occur, or retention is required to change by law or product policy.
15. Moderation, Enforcement, and Safety
We may use automated systems, user reports, trusted-review workflows, and authorized human review to protect users, enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines, respond to legal obligations, and investigate abuse. Where necessary and authorized for safety or enforcement, review may include content that is otherwise gated or access-restricted.
Depending on severity and context, we may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend an account, terminate an account, preserve information, or refer a matter to appropriate authorities where lawful and appropriate. 16. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service, branding, software, designs, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Velvet Room and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
A separate Copyright / DMCA Policy will describe the process for rights complaints, counter-notices where applicable, and repeat-infringer handling. Do not knowingly submit material that infringes another person's rights.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting/infrastructure providers, notification services, maps/location providers, external social platforms, or other vendors. Their products and policies are separate from ours. We are not responsible for a third party's independent services except to the extent required by applicable law.
18. Service Changes and Availability
Velvet Room is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, permanent preservation of every feature, or that experimental functionality will become generally available.
Material changes that affect contractual rights, privacy practices, or paid obligations will be reviewed for notice and re-consent requirements.
19. Account Closure and Termination - FINAL TIMELINES BLOCKED
You may stop using the Service at any time. A user-facing account deletion/export process and operational timelines must be finalized before publication of this section.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, fraud/security risk, ineligibility, or other grounds permitted by law. Certain records may need to be retained after closure for security, fraud prevention, transaction integrity, disputes, legal obligations, or backup cycles. The Privacy Policy will describe the applicable categories and retention approach once the retention matrix is locked.
20. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VELVET ROOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE AGAINST EVERY THREAT, OR THAT CONTENT, LOCATION, DISCOVERY, REACH, EARNINGS, OR INTERACTIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, investment, financial, medical, or emergency advice unless a separately identified licensed provider expressly states otherwise.
21. Limitation of Liability - COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GGIRL Technologies LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GGIRL Technologies LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply where prohibited by law or to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
23. Governing Law and Disputes - BLOCKED
