Velvet Verified
Real identity verification proves the human controlling this account. Payment covers the verification service; it never purchases a badge.
Private verification. Velvet never displays your legal name, ID number, date of birth, document images, or selfie as part of the public badge.
Verified benefits are persona-specific. Screenshot-awareness alerts, the Velvet Verified mark, and other Verified-only features apply only to the Social, Friends, or Work profiles covered by your active verification entitlement. Safety enforcement and accountability still apply to the canonical account across every persona.
Choose which profiles are Velvet Verified
Your identity is verified once at the canonical account level. The badge and premium benefits apply only to the Social, Friends, or Work profiles you select here.
